supervipos.shop offers completely free standard shipping to all 50 states of the United States with no minimum order amount required. No hidden handling fees or delivery surcharges.

  1. Order Processing Time

    All orders will be processed within 1–2 business days. Orders submitted after 2 PM EST will start processing on the next business day. We do not process orders on weekends or official U.S. national holidays.

  2. Delivery Transit Time

    Free standard shipping takes 3–7 business days after the package leaves our warehouse.

  3. Package Tracking

    A unique tracking number will be automatically sent to your registered email address once shipment completes. You can check delivery status via the official websites of USPS, UPS or FedEx.

  4. Lost or Missing Packages

    If your package is lost or undelivered, please contact our support team within 10 business days after the maximum estimated delivery date. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier and arrange reshipment or full refund after carrier loss confirmation.

  5. Undeliverable Shipments

    If packages are returned to our warehouse due to incorrect, incomplete or invalid shipping addresses provided by customers, you will need to bear the re-shipping fee if you want the items resent.

  6. Shipping Exclusions

    We do not deliver to PO boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands and other U.S. territories.
